Project: Typography, Publication layout

A typography study focused around constructed languages, or con-langs, that have appeared in film, television and video games. Alien-guistics examines the alphabets designed for fictional cultures and races, and how the design was influenced by the culture represented.

Each alphabet examined is paired with a representational illustration reflecting the personality, background and “feel” of the fictional culture.
